Your new company A consultancy is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to cover on a temporary basis when the full-time Receptionist is on holiday. The cover will be short term (circa 1 week) sporadically across the year. In addition to this position, you will also be considered for additional roles. Your normal hours of work for this assignment will be Monday- Friday09:00-17:30. Your new role You'll be first point of contact for all clients and visitors both face to face and over the telephone. You'll be directing enquiries and transferring calls as required. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for managing room bookings and arranging/ clearing rooms. You'll be maintaining the sign in/out book and providing visitor passes as required. What you'll need to succeed Previous reception experience is essential for this position. You'll need to be comfortable working of our own initiative and will also need excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
