Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global organisation based in Birmingham. They are recruiting a Senior Administrator on a full-time basis for initially up to 12 months.

Reward
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8 am - 6 pm
* Overtime paid at £24.00 per hour after 40 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities
* Diary and calendar management for up to 25 senior bankers
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
* Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
* Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings across multiple locations
* Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
* Expense management and preparation
* Invoice processing
* Supporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs, and queries
* Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues
Skills and Experience
* Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
* Able to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks
* Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
* Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
* Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
