Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the culinary team in the daily preparation and production of dishes, including starters, mains, and desserts. Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety to guarantee the utmost quality and freshness. Contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen, helping with tasks such as ingredient preparation, plating, and garnishing. Follow recipes and guidance from senior chefs to ensure consistent quality and presentation in all dishes. Show eagerness to learn and develop new culinary techniques and skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen. Qualifications Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within a professional kitchen. Passion for cooking and a strong desire to develop culinary skills and knowledge. Good understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Goodteamwork skills, with a willingness to take direction from senior chefs. Culinary training or certifications are a plus.
