ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with various teams including Visual Merchandising (VM), Distribution, Facilities, and external partners like printers, signage makers, photographers, and videographers. You will play a key part in supporting the creation, production, and delivery of creative assets that bring our brand campaigns and launches to life. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with VM, Distribution, and Facilities teams, as well as external partners to support the creation and implementation of brand campaigns. Creative Asset Management: Oversee the production, delivery, installation, and maintenance of brand assets such as signage, navigation, and point of sale materials in-store. Ensure assets are kept up to date and consistent with brand guidelines. Print Production & Deliveries: Manage the logistics of print production, including tracking production dates, overseeing deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with relevant teams. Photoshoot & Filming Support: Assist with photoshoots and filming, including prepping location spaces, arranging for stock/prop deliveries, on-set assistance, pack-down, and post-production organization (filing images, managing communications with photographers/videographers). Creative Documentation: Maintain and update shared Creative documents and decks (PowerPoint/Word/Excel), ensuring all brand assets and design templates are accessible for internal teams. Brand Asset Distribution: Manage the sharing of brand assets, copy, and images for seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling across different teams. Finance Admin: Assist with the creation of POs (Purchase Orders) and other Creative finance administration tasks. Archive Management: Collect and organize images from the Daylesford archives to be used in seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling. Project Management: Work with our project management tool, Monday.com (no prior experience necessary, training will be provided). SKILLS YOU WILL BRING Strong organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency. Interest or experience in creative production processes (photoshoots, print production, asset management). Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a passion for creativity and problem-solving.
