Job summary An opportunity has arisen for an experienced forward thinking Practice Nurse to join our medical practice. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to work 35 hours per week with flexibility to cover additional shifts and different days when necessary. Main duties of the job As a Practice Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of general nursing services and chronic disease management to our patients.
