We are looking for individuals with initiative and enthusiasm to join our dedicated team here at Ardfenaig. You should be motivated, creative, and enthusiastic and have a positive and flexible outlook to your work.
In Ardfenaig, we provide support to adults over 65 who may have a range of complex physical and mental health needs and/or symptoms of dementia. Applicants must share our values, be able to work well in a team and independently.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive team and will work to meet the needs of individuals in our home. You will support residents to maintain as much independence as possible, help them maintain community links, and assist them in meeting their goals and aspirations.
We believe in developing our staff and will provide training, supported by regular team meetings and supervision.
The candidate will be required to register with SSSC, achieve necessary qualifications, maintain their registration, and comply with the standards specific to this role.
Experience of working in elderly care is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided.
