Job Description
Payroll Administrator (Temporary)
* Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
* Creating and maintaining employees' payroll records
* Calculating wages and deductions
* Preparing payroll reports for management
* Resolving payroll discrepancies
* Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
* Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information
* Providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator (Temporary) should have:
* A strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
* Be available to start in January 2025
* Live locally and be a driver (as the office is hard to reach via public transport)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good numerical skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to handle confidential information
