About the Role - They are looking for an adept and experienced employment lawyer to provide legal support, contentious and non-contentious, across the organisation's large and varied workforce.
Responsibilities:
* Manage contractual agreements
* Advise on TUPE transfers, corporate transactions, restructures
* Advise on disputes, grievances, disciplinary matters, internal policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, whistleblowing, DEI initiatives, restrictive covenants and terminations
* Manage claims internally and in the courts and tribunals, conduct investigations
* Proactively identify and manage legal risk
* Liaise with senior stakeholders
* Advise on ad-hoc matters as appropriate
Qualifications - Minimum 6 years' PQE
Required Skills - Proven experience as an employment lawyer in advisory, corporate support and litigation preferably from a top tier law firm and in-house experience is a bonus. Attitude is important in this collaborative team, so the ideal candidate will be versatile, efficient, proactive with strong drafting skills, mature, discreet and an excellent communicator with strong academics and understanding of employment law.
