With a growing number of inbound leads from people interested in improving their smiles, we’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
This role will be crucial in helping prospective patients take the first step toward their ideal smile. And this role will take control of the whole sales department which has the potential to grow alongside a rapidly growing business.
We want someone who loves to care for and help other people as a number one priority. At the same time we want someone who is focused, disciplined and consistent to achieve results and hit targets.
Position Overview:
The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing and nurturing inbound leads, following up with potential patients, and ultimately booking them for consultations. In addition, This role will involve discussing treatment plans with patient and assisting them with treatment appointments with the correct dental care professional.
This role requires someone who can engage potential patients with warmth and enthusiasm, building trust over the phone and in person, while effectively communicating/selling our clinic’s value and services.
The ideal candidate will be an extrovert with a friendly demeanour, an empathetic listener, and a natural communicator who can sell without being ‘salesy’
With growth more members will be added to the sales team. Therefore the potential to lead a team to success is present in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and manage all inbound leads, inquiries, and calls regarding cosmetic dental services in a timely and professional manner.
* Build relationships with prospective patients, effectively conveying empathy, understanding, and enthusiasm for their cosmetic goals.
* Provide clear, concise, and detailed information on our services, treatment processes, and the consultation experience.
* Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages to ensure a high booking rate for consultations.
* Use your selling skills to promote our clinic’s services while focusing on patient needs and motivations.
* Maintain and update our lead management system with accurate notes, call details, and next steps.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to understand patient flow, appointment availability, and booking procedures.
* Consistently achieve or exceed booking targets set by the clinic.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or aesthetic/cosmetic environment.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
* Energetic, outgoing personality with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a patient-centered approach.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
* Proficiency in CRM or lead management software (preferred but not required; training provided).
