Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of CAD Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating layout drawings, space planning and service drawings for multiple disciplines within the office refurbishment industry. Responsibilities Site Surveys - own transport required to go to different sites Space Planning Quantification Take offs from drawings Technical service drawings for example; partitioning, electrical, mechanical, ceilings etc Experience and Attributes Candidates must have a minimum 2 years CAD experience Relevant qualification in Interior Design / space planning / surveying or equivalent Good organisational and time management skills Experience in an Office fit-out / Commercial / Shop fitting background Experience in creating technical service drawings Other advantageous skills 3D Drawings Photoshop Sketchup Skills: CAD Surveying Quantity Surveying Layout Design space planning Benefits: Pension Fund car parking mileage
