A distinguished Private Practice, highly regarded and recognised in the Legal 500, is actively seeking a proficient Dispute Resolution Partner to strengthen their Dispute Resolution team. This opportunity is available at their prestigious Bournemouth office.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Expected to handle own cases appropriate to their PQE level and provide exceptional client care.
- Will support more Senior lawyers in handling high-intensity, high-value commercial disputes in the High Court.
- Involvement in implementing the Department’s Business Development Plan.
- Ability to demonstrate the capacity to generate new clients for the department at an appropriate level.
- Dealing with a variety of Commercial Disputes including and not limited to: Shareholder and Partnership Disputes, Debt Recovery, Breach of Contracts and Negotiation and Mediation
- Management and BD responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be a Solicitor/CILEX with a minimum of 8 years' solid experience in dispute resolution. This presents an excellent opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Partner to join the Dispute Resolution team, providing exposure to high-quality work and opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience, particularly in commercial litigation, with property litigation experience being advantageous.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own cases and delivering exceptional client care. They will also assist senior lawyers in handling high-intensity, high-value commercial disputes in the High Court.
In addition to casework, active participation in implementing the Department’s Business Development Plan is expected. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to attract new clients for the department at an appropriate level.
