A highly regarded Thames Valley law firm with multiple offices is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-established and growing team. The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join the firm's Employment Law team at Associate or Partner level. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, working with a broad client base while contributing to the development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a busy caseload of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, disputes, redundancies, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
* Handling cases efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining the highest professional standards.
* Engaging in business development and networking activities.
* Providing mentorship and support to junior team members.
* Upholding the firm's values of excellence, integrity, and approachability.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 5+ years' PQE in employment law, gained at a respected firm.
* Hold at least a 2.1 degree and a strong academic background.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
* Be a team player with a strong reputation and work ethic.
* Have experience mentoring junior colleagues and a passion for business development.
