We are looking for a meticulous and organized Document Controller with experience in Procure to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity, while also supporting procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and procurement documents.
2. Ensure all documents are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible.
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
4. Maintain document control registers and logs for incoming and outgoing documents.
5. Support procurement activities by preparing and managing procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
6. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Monitor and track procurement status and report any issues or delays to the project team.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
9. Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
10. Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and systems.
11. Candidate must have experience with ProCure software.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control and procurement.
3. Strong knowledge of document control processes, procurement procedures, and industry standards.
4. Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in particular ProCure.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
