This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business
Salary: £22,308.00 per annum with uncapped commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering world class service.
* Upsell and promote products to customers through excellent service.
* Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
* Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
* Previous experience in a lead-generation environment is desirable, but not essential.
* A confident communicator – we want people who can have great conversations with our customers.
* Passionate individuals with the willingness to take ownership of the call.
* A team player who works well with others and has a love for delivering service.
