Sales Administrator Assist - Reactive Services
Location: Aylesbury Office (HP19 8DB)

We work quickly and accurately, providing a professional, personal service, and have built up a reputation as the team that solves the problems others can’t.
As a Reactive Services Sales Exec, you’ll be working with a broad range of customers, from national hotel chains, utilities companies, retailers, and even householders across the UK, providing them with rapid solutions for almost every conceivable waste-related challenge. You’ll be taking calls and emails, finding solutions and getting them booked in fast, keeping our customers happy, building great relationships, and smashing your sales targets in the process.
As well as working with inbound sales, you’ll also be networking with Biffa’s wider business, seeking out wins to really call your own from across our Sales and Account Management teams.
We’d like you working in our Aylesbury offices Monday to Friday, 9-5 to start off with, but do a great job and following your probationary period you can work from home up to 2 days a week.

Who you are:
* You live in Aylesbury or the surrounding area and can get to us every day.
* You’re confident, assertive, and a quick learner.
* You’ve got an eye for detail and can work at pace without sacrificing accuracy.
* You’re personable, work well in a team, and get on well with others, in person, on the phone, and in writing.
* You’re motivated, hungry to deliver, and can manage yourself to hit your KPIs.
* You’re comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, and you can write clearly and concisely.
* You can work to processes but can also think on your feet.
* You have sales experience, or have worked in similar fast-paced, people-focused environments.
* You may or may not have experience in the waste industry (though it’s great if you do), but you’ve probably worked somewhere where you’ve been key in delivering a great customer experience and service.
