Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advising those who will be working directly with yourself on best practices and able to support from a 3rd Line perspective.
* Develop peers and colleagues within the team through mentoring and leadership providing trustworthy honest feedback.
* Produce and support policies, functions and configuration builds to allow implementation of customer projects.
* Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
* Ensure full awareness of the need to always safeguard sensitive customer information, so that customers perceive BT to be a trustworthy organisation.
* Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based and human-centred design frameworks.
* Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
* Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows and wireframes.
* Motivated team player and able to work collaboratively building features that impact customers.
* You are motivated by owning production platforms, products, from inception to continuous improvement.
What we'd like to see on your CV:
* FCSS / CCNP or (Fortinet Network Security Certification).
* Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA).
* WAF/Loadbalancer experience.
* Dynamic Routing Protocol knowledge.
* Knowledge of prototype and testing potential solutions and understanding how to run lean and iterate continuously.
* Familiarity in designing user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows and wireframes.
