Join our clients team as a Payroll Administrator, where you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you'll manage both weekly and monthly payrolls, maintain precise records, and ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, all while delivering outstanding service to our employees. Key Responsibilities Oversee weekly payroll for approximately 250 employees and monthly payroll for around 3,500 employees using Oracle. Process timesheets, statutory payments (SMP, SSP), pensions, and third-party payments efficiently. Maintain accurate payroll records, adhering to UK legislation and GDPR requirements. Ensure timely RTI filings and maintain full compliance with HMRC regulations. Provide support with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and ad-hoc administrative tasks. Serve as a trusted point of contact for payroll queries, delivering exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and legislation. Proficiency with payroll systems (Oracle experience is essential) and Excel skills. Meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy. A proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
