What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week (Shifts: 07:00 - 15:30 / 15:00 - 22:00)
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Companionship.
• Personal Care & Support.
• The teaching of independent living skills.
• Management of medication.
• Community-based activities such as shopping, visiting the cinema, walking pets, community events.
