Database Management: Keep our client database up-to-date and accurate with new entries and updates. Social Media Content Creation: Help craft captivating social media content that resonates with our audience. Writing engaging copy for all marketing collateral. Proof reading content. Imagery Sourcing: Collaborate with the team to find and curate the best imagery for our campaigns. Brand Item Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of branded items. General Administration: Provide support with day-to-day administration tasks, such as formatting client documentation. Cross-Team Support: Be a reliable resource for the marketing team and other departments as needed, contributing to a range of projects and initiatives.Qualifications and Experience We're seeking a confident, motivated, and highly organised team player While full training is provided, here's what will set you apart: Previous experience in a similar Marketing administration role Strong spelling and grammar skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Experience with Adobe creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator) Exceptional organisational and teamwork skills Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges A genuine interest in adventure travel and marketingThis is a fantastic opportunity where you will learn and embark on a fabulous career adventure.
