CNC Tool setter/Programmer/Operator - Precision Manufacturing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Tool setter/Programmer/Operator to join our clients manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and optimize CNC programs using various tools, including Fusion 360 and G-code
Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and multi-axis CNC machines, as well as CNC lathes
Interpret technical drawings and 3D models to create accurate CNC programs
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, maintaining high standards of precision
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance production processes and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Tool setter, Programmer, and Operator
Proficiency in CNC G-Code and familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, particularly Autodesk Fusion360
Expertise in interpreting technical drawings and 3D models
Experience with multi-axis machining and various CNC machine types
Excellent problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Hours
37 hours per week
8 am - 4 pm Monday to Thursday
7 am - 12 pm Friday
Overtime available.
