About the Role In this role, you’ll lead a compassionate team dedicated to delivering tailored, high-quality home care services. Your responsibilities will include: Inspiring and supporting the team to provide flexible services that meet each client’s individual needs. Managing recruitment for the branch, from advertising and interviewing to onboarding new team members. Providing induction training and ongoing support to ensure a well-informed, skilled team. Ensuring health and safety standards, mandatory training completion, client care plan management, and maintaining a well-coordinated schedule to meet client and team needs. The Ideal Candidate Brings strong business and team management experience, ideally in domiciliary care. Has a full driver’s license and their own vehicle. Is prepared to work on-call and support the branch on a rotating weekend basis. Is a compassionate team player with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, personalised care.
