Borthwick Group is a renowned company in the North East who have been a leading installer since the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) began in 2013. Before this, the company was established in other funding schemes from 2008.
ECO funding and GBIS funding are our area of expertise with a strong knowledge and experience of installing all forms of Insulation methods, Heating systems including Renewable Measures, Solar PV and Ventilation. We are vastly contributing to the Net Zero and Lower Carbon emissions targets by directly reducing homeowners energy costs and consumptions.
Everything we offer is FULLY funded, meaning there is no cost to the customer, so your role will involve calling potential leads and advising them of the thousands of pounds worth of upgrades they can access for free.
An insight into your day-to-day duties:
* Confirm survey appointments and manage any time changes or cancellations
* Calling and work through customer applications made both directly to us from our advertising platforms, and from them phoning into us directly.
* Checking the customer meets funding criteria and discussing the options available to them, answering any concerns or questions they may have in a professional manner.
* Proceed to book customers an allocated day and time slots for our surveyors to attend and carry out a home check with the aim to secure their funding after.
* Update customers and our on road surveyors when things change.
* Input appointment details onto our software
* Update software
What we want from you:
* A radiant, spirited personality that shines through in all you do.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a preference for those who've worked in call centres/office environments.
* Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, with our comprehensive training program to support your growth.
* An organised individual with a can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
* Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and initiatives that drive company success.
* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets or similar platforms.
What your working pattern will look like:
* Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays are 8:30am - 4:30pm
* You will then either work a Thursday or Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm, and the other day 8:30am - 4:30pm.

* 2 week shut down for Christmas

* Every lead that is booked it that proceeds to install goes into a bonus pot, which is paid on top of your base salary

Compensation that reflects your value:
* Base Salary £26,000 with OTE of £40,000
