The software includes features such as real-time job scheduling and tracking, mobile access for field engineers, and secure data storage for compliance and reporting. Their platform enhances customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information.
1. Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions.
2. Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
3. Develop and refine operational processes.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
5. Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
6. Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
7. Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
9. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
10. Manage third-party vendor relationships.
11. 5+ years of relevant experience
