Fixed term contract until 31 March 2026 | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational skills and a keen interest in social media?
We are looking for a dedicated Workforce Support Officer to join the Norfolk Care Careers team. The team raises awareness of the wide range of career pathways available within adult social care, providing a one stop shop website to support vacancies to be filled. The team also supports best practice approaches in recruitment and retention and skills development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management
* Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and events
* Assist in creating engaging social media posts and content
* Maintain organised records and files
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Interest and experience in social media platforms
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
