About the role
The Corporate Fitness Coach will work within the Fitness Team to provide our customers with a caring and proactive support service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver a hybrid onsite and virtual delivery of classes, 1-1 and group sessions at all levels.
2. Create, deliver and role model the wellbeing programme by facilitating staff initiatives through Westfield Health education programmes.
3. Conduct initial assessments, conducting 1 to 1 review sessions at regular intervals to ensure user engagement and minimise dropouts. Update training plans and/or re-evaluating clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
4. Provide support in the delivery of the internal wellbeing strategy with a proactive, insight-led approach.
5. Assist the Active Space Manager with various operational and administrative tasks.
About you:
Education and Qualifications
1. Currently hold an industry certificate such as Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.
2. It would be beneficial if you had a group cycling, Zumba and Pilates, or Yoga qualification.
Experience
1. A proven track record of successfully working independently to establish training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing solutions and interventions as a result.
2. Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability.
3. Two years of personal training/coaching experience is preferred.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. A self-starter with strong planning and organising abilities.
3. First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Able to engage, influence and coach others across the business to achieve buy-in and engagement to support delivery of the wellbeing strategy.
5. A passion and ethos for helping others with their health and wellbeing.
6. A flexible approach.
7. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products.
