Technical Support Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven technical support advisor/manager with experience in supporting a field based team of engineers? do you have experience supporting a dealer network with technical vehicle based diagnostics? Join Aprolis UK and help us support our customers, dealers and engineers!
In this exciting role you will manage all aspects of the technical support for your region, this could involve remote support via email or video call as well as face to face support for more difficult solutions.
What youll do in Technical Support?
Plan,organise and deliver technical support for the southern region
Assist with technical and health and safety bulletins
Liaise with Manufacturers on technical issues and obtain satisfactory solutions
Produce technical reports when conducting site visits
Manage the OEM warranty systems for your region

What We're Looking For In A Technical Support Manager
Proven experience as a technical advisor in a similar industry
Excellent communication skills with a passion for first class service
Ability to deal with internal and external customers as well as OEM's
Organised, efficient and able to prioritise
Engineer Qualification
