A leading Ayrshire-based law firm is currently recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team in South Ayrshire. The firm offers a wide range of legal services, including private client work, family law, and conveyancing.
The firm would like to hear from candidates with 3-5 years of PQE, with experience in handling a range of residential property transactions, including property transfers and leases, title searches, and drafting, and reviewing contracts. You will manage a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and ensuring a smooth process for clients.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
