We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Sales Support to join our Glasgow-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the world of premium hospitality and event sales.
The Role
As Junior Sales Support, you'll play a vital role in keeping our dynamic sales operation running smoothly. Supporting our senior directors and liaising with clients and suppliers, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Maintain CRM systems, process sales documents, assist with client proposals and manage bookings.
* Supplier Coordination: Communicate with key hospitality suppliers to confirm bookings, check availability, and build trusted relationships.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team with client enquiries, proposals, and follow-ups. Help prepare presentations and event packs.
* Internal Support: Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations) to ensure client requirements are met.
* Support to Senior Directors: Organise diaries, assist with client research, and provide day-to-day administrative help.
* Client Experience Focus: Ensure all touchpoints of the customer journey reflect our high standards of VIP service.
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and eager to grow in a fast-moving industry. A passion for live events and a flair for communication are essential.
What You’ll Bring
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
* A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience in admin or sales support (preferred but not essential)
