Customer Service Administrator - Skelmersdale - Temporary - £12-£14 per hour An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an amazing manufacturing company as a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working alongside 4 others based in the main office. Daily duties will include: Answering phone calls and emails from existing customers Checking stock products and making follow up calls to advise of any out of stock products Inputting orders onto SAP Chasing up delivery dates Working hours 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday You will act as the primary point of contact for all aspect of service and customer care, The ideal candidate must have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to learn new skills.
