Weekly pay £9 per hour plus FROM £700 per Month Commission Permanent & Temporary contracts Part time & Full time opportunities Fully paid training (No training rate) Easily accessible through public transport Your Duties Could Include (but are not limited to) To maintain customer focus at all times by building a rapport with the customer and accurately identifying their needs in order to persuade them of the benefits of buying the product or service. To match or exceed sales and compliance targets as agreed. To maintain accurate records of the customer’s account and to keep the customer fully informed throughout calls. To demonstrate a persuasive and successful sales pitch. To take personal accountability for achievement of targets and goals. To act as an ambassador for the Sitel brand and the respective client To keep product knowledge up to date, keep abreast of product changes and ensure customer is provided with accurate information To work with colleagues and offer ideas and suggestions to improve performance of team and department To understand the customer journey and how this relates to the department. To resolve all customer queries at first point of contact. To work closely with the Team Manager to identify ways to drive own performance and enhance knowledge, skills and targets. The ability to remain calm under pressure and have the motivation to succeed in a highly competitive, yet rewarding environment.
