Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced Cold Calling/Outbound champion to join the team. Ideally, you will be building a base to achieve Account Management in the future.
This is a varied role, working within an experienced, supportive, and friendly team. Primarily, you will be calling for new business, lapsed accounts, and potentially existing business.
The primary responsibility will be to perform cold outreach to potential clients. This role is crucial in generating a high level of interest in our product range and identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and develop a new business pipeline through a variety of channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to drive and increase sales, achieving revenue targets.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer needs and requirements.
* Identify and engage with prospective clients in our relevant sector.
