Accounts Administrator | Rossett | Full Time - 30h -37h per week | £22,000 - £29,000 depending on experience The merging of our client's business and Distence Finland has created a new Solutions as a service business based in Rosset (near Chester). This new business ‘MIDAS' is wholly owned and financed by Megger Instruments UK (Dover). They need an organised accounts administrator with some bookkeeping experience to join their growing team at this launch/ early deployment stage. Training, mentoring and external support will be provided at all stages to support the development of this role. Please note- no ledgering, reconciliation or EOM accounts are required for this position. Are you the right person for the job? Some experience of small business accounts is required, ideally using Sage Good attention to detail and ability to work within a close knit team Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word proficiency Some experience in dealing with the delivery of goods or services to a customer base What will your role look like? Ad hoc process of obtaining orders and invoicing on completion of work Entry of invoices, expenses, and goods receivable in the Sage 200 system Payment of expenses and suppliers from the Bank account Ordering parts and components required by Commercial Manager Checking automated invoices to SaaS customers Basic office management duties and electronic filing for traceability What can you expect in return?
