Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
· Focus on reaching and exceeding the e-commerce sales targets.
· Analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in traffic, conversion, average order value and customer retention.
· Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and promptly resolving any customer service issues.
· Provide monthly reports on e-commerce performance to the leadership team.
· Coordinate photoshoots (all product photography as well as e-commerce model shoots).
· Optimise product listings – images, descriptions, SEO.
· Create and coordinate marketing mailers.
· Content calendar plan ownership.
· Promptly answer customer enquiries and ensure the highest level of service.
· Execute the on-site visual merchandising strategy and take responsibility for the product navigation journey.
· Manage all available web stock, ensuring pre-order item prices are up to date.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
· Work closely with production, wholesale and shopfloor teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
· Coordinate and track all phases of the digital asset creation process to ensure all relevant styles are captured and launched on time.
· Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
· Work closely with social and marketing teams to ensure the website is aligned with the brand vision and creative direction.
Requirements: · 3 years’ experience managing/ leading digital retail/ e-commerce.
· Strong knowledge of Shopify and Mailchimp.
· Experience with analytical tools, pulling data from platforms such GA4.
· In-depth understanding of retail, e-commerce and marketing businesses.
· Experience with customer service.
· Outcomes-focused manager with strong team orientation and excellent communication skills.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Keen attention to detail, passion for quality without compromising deadlines.
· Proficient in all key Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
· Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
· Experience in jewellery industry is a plus.
· Fluent in English.
