Territory: Remote Field Based
We are looking for a dynamic driven Commercial Business Manager to take ownership of our existing business relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. To deliver annual growth - 50% of the role is primarily focused on commercially developing a team of Account executives in the field. Thus, performance manage the team to meet their commercial objectives and sales targets. The other 50% of the role will be managing, developing & growing key accounts.
This is a multifaceted role as such the individual Commercial Business Manager will be expected to liaise, report and support the leadership team.
Below outline some of the key accountabilities required for the role, however, we are a growing company and thus, not exhaustive
Key Accountabilities:
* Providing first class operational support and insight to the sales teams at all times
* Improve national processes, policies, and practices to achieve specific and business goals and to also ensure sales personnel adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Help improve the efficiency of support services such as communication channels and IT; and also ensure free flowing communication amongst the sales teams, customers and stakeholders, as and when required.
* Work directly with the Country Manager to develop and implement new plans/ideas that will enhance the commercial development of the company at large
* Assist in the recruitment and induction of new sales personnel, set SMART targets, and review individual new starter performance in line with company guidelines. Work with the HR department on the delivery of all mandatory training requirements to your direct reports.
* Work alongside the business analyst and Country Manager to monitor and feedback the effectiveness and efficiency of system generated allocated work schedules.
* Support and develop your direct reports with the planning and implementation of marketing and sales activities
* Carry out regular site visits with sales personnel to commercial develop the team and the business
* In conjunction with HR, apply the relevant processes or, where required, performance management functions as and when required where a member of the sales team is not delivering to minimum expectations
* Respond and act to calls, emails, and messages from stakeholders and customers as operational needs demand.
* Carry out regular audits to ensure that data entered for the purpose of fulfilment, service, operations, and support are correct, timely and factual.
* Build strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders across the business
* Run and scrutinise company sales reports, delivering thought provoking sales insight as necessary.
* Comply with and advise your direct reports, on all relevant compliance, policies, and procedures.
* Develop, Deliver and Maintain the business insights via Excel, Microsoft BI and CRM via sales So Ordinator and external partners.

* To occasionally work unsociable hours, (i.e., weekends, evenings, Bank Holidays).
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal/written)
* Work on own initiative with minimal or no supervision. Able to prioritise and organise own workload to be able to deliver against deadlines and to business expectations
* Ability to use initiative and judgement to resolve problems independently
Remuneration
* Basic Annual Salary plus Bonus Projected OTE £70,000
