Do you have a keen interest in IT? You will be supporting with troubleshooting, 1st and 2nd line IT support issues across local offices. This role does require regular travel to support with projects and initiatives within the group, so your own transport is essential for this position. You will have experience within a Service Desk role previously, providing both onsite and remote user support. Regular support issues raised include installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to be successful within this position, with the ability to prioritize tickets accordingly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting, and repair for applications, IT equipment, and networks.
* Respond in a timely manner to multiple service issues and requests, escalating where required.
* Provide business-wide monitoring of critical systems and determine escalation as necessary.
* Administer the Joiners/Movers/Leavers process.
* Deploy and configure software, workstations, printers, telecom equipment, and mobile devices.
* Provide documentation, support, guidance, and training to the business as required in relation to the IT services.
* Assist with IT projects as required.
* Periodically perform site visits if/when required.
