Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic full time band 5 staff nurses to join our team on Bramshott Ward. Bramshott Ward is a busy 28 bedded ward specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedics, and has a highly motivated approach to multidisciplinary patient care. Candidates will be required to have good communication and observational skills and be passionate about providing high standards of care. Ongoing training and support in this role will be provided and the trust offers an excellent Preceptorship Programme to support newly qualified nurses Applicants should have a genuine interest in developing skills and knowledge in caring for patients undergoing Orthopaedic Surgery. Main duties of the job As a registered, accountable and autonomous nurse to act in the best interests of your patients at all times and take personal responsibility for your actions and decisions.
