As Claims Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Head Office Claims function.

This is a role that can be operated on a hybrid basis, split between the office and working from home.
Key responsibilities of the Claims Operations Manager role include:
Work closely with the Senior Management Team to support the strategy and improvement of the claims processes.
Provide professional and effective operational support to the Claim steams, whilst ensuring that core operational tasks are completed within given SLA's.
Overall responsibility for people management related activities, financial performance, quality outputs, service standards and processes.
Design and implementation of training programs to improve the overall effectiveness of the Claims function and embedding of change initiatives.
Clearly communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various parts of the business to engage, influence and drive results.
