Established in 2016, our client is a market leader in customisable internet filtering solutions across Mobile and Windows platforms, serving both individual and enterprise customers.
They are currently seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET Core, decoupling and microservices.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll shape technical architecture, lead development initiatives, while working with a talented team of engineers who value innovation and continuous learning in a remote-first environment.
Working with a modern tech stack centred around .NET Core, microservices and cloud technologies, you'll drive the development of sophisticated microservices-based solutions that impact thousands of users.
Essential Technical Experience:
• Proven experience in full stack development with emphasis on .NET Core and modern web technologies
• Strong expertise in building and maintaining microservices architectures
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and developer tools
• Advanced proficiency in both SQL Server and PostgreSQL database systems
• Strong background in event-driven architecture and messaging systems (particularly Kafka)
• Expertise in version control systems (GitLab/GitHub) and CI/CD practices
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with Python development
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to be experienced at, and fully embrace a culture of decoupling and microservices.
You will already be well established in your career, and have plenty of stories to tell of past projects. You will be comfortable and excited to work in a start-up culture, as even though our client has been delivering their service for a number of years, they maintain an entrepreneurial, innovative, start-up vibe where they challenge everything and are constantly seeking new and exciting ways of doing better.
This is a remote-first opportunity, however candidates will ideally need to be UK-based as there will be a requirement for occasional travel to the clients London HQ for team meetings and collaboration sessions.
