This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has real experience of leading large-scale change programmes. This will probably have been within the health sector. As well as being a technology related programme; this role is more about modernising working practices than about the technology it is based on.

This role will support, lead and be responsible for the Digital Change portfolio of work within UHBW and across the wider Health Care System that are focused on consolidation and interoperability. UHBW has an ambition to drive Digital Change across BNSSG and this role will play a pivotal part in this journey.
The challenges we are currently facing in meeting the demands of an aging population are helping to provide opportunities for innovation. This is the key to streamlining systems, optimising systems, improving patient outcomes, and reducing human error. In addition, connected systems ensure our clinical teams across the hospital group will have immediate access to their relevant information and appropriate patient data at the point of care, at whichever hospital in the group. This role will be pivotal to working alongside our system partners across the Bristol Healthcare Economy, to consolidate systems and build on the already strong integrated care system developed in the hospital group.
This is an exciting time to join our talented Digital Programme Management Team at UHBW, bringing your excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, exceptional organisational skills and ability to successfully prioritise and manage a busy workload across the strategic programmes. Your proven programme and project management skills will have a positive impact on supporting programme manager and project managers within the team to progress and develop their skills.
