Job Description
Engineering Support & Development – Assist in performance calculations, simulations, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Project Coordination – Support or lead small sub-projects, track key metrics, and collaborate with various engineering functions to meet technical and cost targets.
Testing & Validation – Work with test engineers to develop qualification test documents, ensure verification of requirements, and support root cause analysis for design issues.
Manufacturing & Cost Efficiency – Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimise designs for manufacturability and meet cost targets.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance – Actively contribute to process improvements, follow standard procedures, and seek guidance from senior engineers to enhance project outcomes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering required
Entry-level role, 1-2 years’ engineering experience
Exposure to DFM, GD&T and working knowledge of applicable manufacturing processes
Exposure to Project Management skills including cost / schedule tracking
