If so, we want you to be the welcoming face of our company Job Purpose: As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in directing students and visitors to the appropriate departments and ensuring all communications are efficiently handled. You'll be responsible for making our students and visitors feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls, letters, and emails to the correct department or staff member. - Greet students and staff warmly and offer immediate assistance. - Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment. - Handle administrative tasks including filing, mail delivery, and office supplies. - Sign in visitors and provide them with visitor badges. - Set up meeting facilities and arrange for catering services. - Provide general support, answering questions about our programmes, services, and office hours. - Interact with various departments, including IT, for technical assistance. - Schedule appointments and meetings. - Maintain front door security and report any suspicious activity. - Represent our Institution with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
