What will you be doing?
We're looking for an innovative, user-focused Trading Product Manager to drive the UI/UX experience for our platform in Europe and the UK. This role will shape key features to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
* Lead UI/UX initiatives to elevate user engagement and differentiate our product.
* Own the product domain, collaborating across teams for seamless execution.
* Develop and implement a product roadmap aligned with company goals.
* Drive experimentation and A/B testing to refine user flows and boost conversion.
* Use data and analytics to measure, optimize, and improve user experience.
* Partner with Engineering to launch features and continuously refine the product.
* Conduct user research to identify pain points and data-driven solutions.
Requirements
* 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2C fintech or tech, with strong UI/UX focus.
* Proven experience in retail trading applications is a plus.
* Track record of successful product launches and strong data analytics skills.
* Excellent communication, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong UI/UX skills, familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
* Passion for fintech and trading with an analytical, user-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience in consumer product design and launches.
