Multi Trade Operative Location: Basingstoke office - Site based around areas such as Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire - typically working 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday plus call out. You will work on general refurbishment works within Social Housing properties. It will be void properties in the main, however when voids are quiet, you will be expected to work on reactive repairs in tenanted properties. The works will be Multi Trade with a bias towards Plumbing with some joinery ensuring properties are delivered to a liveable standard, the works will include Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments, with some, tiling, patch plastering and floor laying meaning your days will be varied and interesting. Experienced Multi Trade to carry out full scope of the role, including: plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and floor laying. Working on void properties bringing them back to a livable standard, including general maintenance works. Aspects of reactive repairs when voids work is quiet. Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards Full UK driving license is required.
