Level 3 Nursery Nurse / EYFS Practitioner The Headteacher of a reputable Primary School in Fulwood, Preston are looking for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their oversubscribed Nursery Class within the school. This is a full-time opportunity working alongside professionals who are passionate about working within Early Years. This is a new role in school and is due to begin from Tuesday 22nd April 2025. The working hours for this role are 8:30-15:30 Monday-Friday term time only. This role has been created due to an increase in pupils' needs and increasing intake in EYFS. Senior Leaders and staff pride themselves in having positive relationships with parents and the wider community. The school boasts excellent facilities for continuous provision and a newly refurbished out-door learning area. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education. Experience of working alongside children within the EYFS and planning and delivering around the EYFS curriculum. Experience of observing, monitoring and recording the development of children. Strong communication skills whilst working within a team and confidence working within a busy working environment. Confident liaising with parents of young children.
