Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in our IT Company. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the sales and product departments to ensure cohesive messaging and successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, brand building, and customer acquisition.

6. Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, build relationships, and increase brand visibility.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.
9. Manage and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (6+ Years) as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
3. Solid understanding of marketing principles, including branding, lead generation, content marketing, and marketing automation.
4. Demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
7. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software, and content management systems.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
