Telford & Wrekin Council are looking to recruit for a Property Management Officer that will work within the housing department and will manage a wide range of tenants and properties. Ensuring we deliver excellent customer service, manage our properties effectively and carry out all functions connected with property management including collecting and chasing rent. This role will involve visiting tenants in our range of properties and tenancies, carry out property viewings and inspections, dealing with complex clients and issues and updating database and systems and managing voids to a minimum. This post offers an exciting opportunity to join an existing team that is expanding in the number of properties they manage. Providing excellent customer service to our tenants and supporting our homelessness team in managing clients effectively in temporary accommodation, council owned properties and our private market rented properties. Working with a diverse range of tenants, managing their homes and ensuring they are adhering to their tenancy agreement.
