Spectra is seeking a Development Lead!
Are you interested in resourcing Spectra’s programmes through strategic income generation, collaborative project development, and by building and maintaining relationships with funders? Spectra is seeking an authentic, organised and reflective individual to join the team as we work on our mission to lift the capacity of learning disabled people to influence change.
Terms: Start date as soon as possible. Fixed term contract until 4 April 2027 with an optimistic intention to extend. Settling in period of 3 months.
Salary: £30,900 per year pro rata x .5 role (2.5 days per week). This works out as £15,450 gross (before tax, NI and pension contributions). There is an annual salary increase of 3%.
