We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to join our team in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Our client, who is in her mid-twenties, is a very active, fun-loving young lady that enjoys doing various activities throughout the week. She communicates using a mix of speech and Makaton (sign language), though she hears and understands spoken word perfectly and makes herself understood. She would love to become an active member of her local community. Our client requires 2:1 support during the day and 1:1 support during the night, so we are looking to put together a great team.
The successful support worker will be a part of a team delivering 24/7 care. The shifts will include waking days & sleeping nights. We will always aim to produce a rolling rota so you can see your shifts a month in advance.
Please note the successful support worker will need to have a full UK driver's license with access to their own vehicle.
