Position Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Procurement Coordinator to take the lead in building and developing a high-performing sales and procurement team. This role is a key position in our growth strategy, as we aim to expand our operations and strengthen our customer support capabilities. You will have the opportunity to shape processes, mentor new team members, and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing quotes, placing orders, following up with customers, and liaising with suppliers. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members for the sales and procurement functions.
* Prepare and discuss technical audio-visual quotes with customers.
* Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
* Chase customers for orders and maintain a proactive approach to closing sales.
* Gather and compare prices from suppliers to offer the best value to our clients.
* Keep monthly sales and procurement processes up to date and ensure all data is accurately maintained.
* Develop and implement best practices for internal processes, making workflows more efficient and effective.
* Mentor and guide team members to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Experience in a sales or procurement role, preferably in the AV industry.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Positive attitude towards using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to improve internal systems.
