Position
Your position will be “Security, CCTV, Fire, Access Control Systems Engineer”. The latter position will entail you working sometimes on your own and also with other experienced engineers from time to time. You will be predominately travelling from your home address to client locations throughout the Midlands as the business dictates; also other areas/locations of the UK by prior discussions.
Job Description
Your daily duties will be but as follows, but are not exhaustive:
• Carry out CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire and Access Control System installations.
• To provide day to day service, maintenance and repair of Analogue, Digital & IP CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire and Access Control Systems.
• To complete a planned preventative maintenances that will be assigned to you via your PDA..
• Assist with the call out rota and travel as necessary.
• To have a Sound knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire and Access Control Systems.
• You will be Experience in a range of the above systems.
• To be Independent, reliable and willing to work in a variety of environments.
• To provide service support, reactive fault-finding and maintenance to a range of intruder, CCTV, Fire and Door Access Systems.
• To be careful and precise while carrying out your day-to-day duties, whilst being able to communicate well with clients.
Salary & Pension
The agreed salary is £34,500:00 Gross per annum, the business operates a Pension scheme in due in line with legislation.
On-Call
Rota one is every six weeks, this can be amended if additional on call is required/preferred.
On-Call/Standby payment £80.00 per week, out of working hours rate; at Time and a Half paid door to door.
Overtime
Additional work is available, and can be requested.
Transportation
Vehicle provided, fully stocked, racked out and expensed.
Personal use permitted, long journeys by prior agreement.
Specialist tools provided.
Holidays
25 days holiday (plus statuary) are made available.
